The following is the breakfast dim sum brunch at Fu Chow restaurant months ago. Nice Dim Sum plus a whole range of varieties of selection to do choose from for the Asian food categories.
Do you believe that when the mood is goods, all things seems to be a lot better. Anyway, it is an added value bonus in many aspect of the area I guess.
Spare Ribs “Pai Kut”
When we mentioned dim sum there is bound to be a few items which are the key contenders, so called “must be in the list” which are spare ribs “pai kut’ and “Siew Mai”. The spare ribs here is big and juicy and there a touch of herbal if I am not wrong – which make it more aromatic. Of course, pending on personal preference, I like it with a bit of the fat which make it more complete.
Look at how big and juicy it is – fantastic
Everything is bigger here
Look at the cross sectional of the “Big Pao”. In many case, we a lot of times the meat are blended in together but for the case of here – we still can see the chunk of the meat which make it even more meatier and juicer.
The Egg Wrap ? What Inside
Have A Guess Before We Continue ?
It is Lo Mai Kai in between – Glutinous Rice
From what I heard – this dish belong to the ethic race of “Fu Chow” – it is basically Lo Mai Kai fried and the get it wrapped around in fried eggs.
Fried Char Kueh
As we came here quite often – this is one of the things which i like and would like to highlighted. Why so good ? Cause it is make fresh and it is really crispy. And I heard that it is only fried upon order which make it even better, fresher and better.
Liu Sha Pao – Molten Salted Egg Custard Steamed Bun
Now if you look at this you will understand how the name come about. But care when you eat this cause if it hot, it burn your tongue therefore take with care 🙂
Now the star contender and favourite of all time “The Siew Mai”
This is really good as well – one of the key factor is that the ingredient are really fresh. Therefore, making it look good, juicy and tender. Now let go to the other varieties of the dim sum – couldn’t remember all the name it is called. But don’t worry, like the wise one said – “a photo is worth a thousand word”, therefore justified it by yourself.
This I know them – the fish ball
When things are good it is really worth to reshow again
Now let have a group photo
Oh since we are having lunch and there are few of us. Let stretch a bit more for the stomach.
Zao Chai Fen Gan
This is another famous dish for the fu chow ethic – the key ingredient as per research online is preserve vegetable and the taste is sour. If you like sour thingy – this is definitely one of the dish you should try.
The End
That all – couldn’t filled in any more.
