These were the recapped from the old photos stashed while I was sorting out the old phones. As I am a big fan of noodles, and practically, noodles like these can be considered as one of the staple common food, which can be for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The sauce in here is more toward the salty side.

This morning while I was at this restaurant, “Cafe De Paris”, with a friend for coffee and small bites, the waitress introduced us to some of the “dim sums” that are only available on Saturday and Sunday only. Well, why not, since it was just small bites.
Nevertheless, for those who don’t know what is “Hakao”? The direct translation to English is “Shrimp Dumpling” it is made of crystal clear translucent and chewy skin with chopped shrimp enclosed inside.
This “Ha Kao” is slightly different in comparison with the others. As the skin will usually enclose the whole chopped or whole shrimp inside, however, this one is slightly open with a touch of chop vegetables on top.
Overall, I like the restaurant as it was clean and bright and the foods are reasonable price and tasty. So what do you think of the dim sum as above? Do give it a try and comment.

Yes, I do write an article about this restaurant before, perhaps one or more but this is one of the good long-aged restaurants which is good for its food. Here, we shall recap some of the favourites dishes which I liked.
So how long does it this existed? Frankly speaking, initially all I knew what it was long but as I was looking through the photos taken, I discovered it existed since 1952 which is 69 years old, which was long before I came into this world.
Like the “Fried Kolo Mee” noodles here especially, the fragrance is good with eggs and char siew pork. I love this combo on the noodles.
Beef brisket noodles, for the noodles the texture was just nice and the beef was soft and tender. Hence, if you are a noodle person, you might find like in this place.

“Kolo Mee Noodles” one of the most common favourites breakfast of all times. Fast, simple, quick and economical. The following was from Piring Emas Restaurant.
What makes a good bowl of kolo mee to me?
The springiness of the noodles – I don’t like it to be too soggy, for this case it was just like.
The sauce of the noodles – I think that since this store is famous for its chicken rice, therefore, most slightly that the sauce come with the combination of soya sauce, chicken soup as the key ingredient.
The combination – here it comes with shredded chicken and fish cakes with a dash of green onions and spring onions which was just right.
What do you think ?

One of the new entry to the Japanese restaurant with Teppanyaki style situated in Hua Ho Manggis Mall. Before that used to frequent this place on their take away menu but recently this was the first time which actually dined in. The designed but simple and cosy and the menu was simple and the selection of choice was just nice. I believed that the restaurant menu was supposed to be designed this way – as the foods will be more consistent and the up keeping of the ingredients will be fresher.
Well, let dig into the food that we will be having this time. Noodles in white soup base – I think it should be with milk. I am not actually a big fan of the soup categories but surprisely it was to mine like – the soup volume was just nice not too much and like the taste profile. The beef was soft and tender and love the eggs that were being cooked in this way.
Now, come the next bit, the “Teriyaki Chicken”, to put it precisely it should be Teppanyaki Teriyaki Chicken. Actually, the chef cooked and performed his cooking skills for my kids. Like the taste profile of this as well – not too salty as well.
The last bit of the eggs were complimentary for my kid – also would like to thank for the simple performance to make her happy and a more enjoyable dinner. Overall, to put it in a nutshell – the price was reasonable, foods were good but with a simple touch of interaction – it make the whole dinner experience at a different perspective point of view.
