Sometimes simplicity is the best solution in life, but in many moments in life, to achieve simplicity are always not an easy task to achieve; in terms of alphabetically writing – “SIMPLE” are much longer than the word “HARD”.
To put it in sense as a foodie writer, sometimes good food doesn’t come from the food itself but the source of the food where it came and from who and the course of the event where it comes from.
Hence, in life, it was important to be happy, keep it simple, “forgive and forget” – is the best key in life. Billions of life exist in this life and in our life span, we are now connected with 0.000001% of the population in this world and perhaps even less. Therefore, if faith put us together, hence, it is important to treasure and keeps things together but of course, life in nature will also have conflicts, quarrels and unhappiness – this is what life is about. Life is too short to waste our time quarrelling and arguing, time don’t wait for people, ironically, majority of the people is easier to remember the bad side but forgetting the good side; hence, resulting in remembering and not forgive instead of forgive and forget which will made life simpler but instead of more complication.
Simple Fried Rice – Key to simplicity and happiness in life “Forgive & Forget”
The following is one of my favorite which in the past long long ago was prepared by my grandma but due to the aging process now this was being made by my aunt now. I don’t know what it was called but the skin of the pastry was made with tapioca that why it is yellowish and inside are combination of mixed vegetables like bean, carrots, minced meat and etc.
When it came to food from the childhood especially on the foods that one had eaten since young, the taste seems to burn into memory and growth on you. Due to the following, I believed that no matter how similar it was, it was always incomparable to the original not because it was not good enough but to me, it seems that when you growth with it, it kinda had a unique feels and taste profile.
A great thank for maintaining and still making it today.
This dish was take away from fu chow restaurant but the tofu was an added ingredient by my wife. When you loved certain foods, you will tend to modify certain ingredients into the dish to make even better. If you read my blog before, I liked to blend in life experience and learning related to food. Hence, in life it is important to flexible and continue to innovate our life to be happier and more completed.
A balance meal with everything don’t you think so.

The main reason why I love photography is because it capture the moment in life – the sweet and sad memories.
With the fast pace of life whereby multiple roles, expectations and to achieve a balance life multi tasking are a necessary for me. Time and choice became an opportunities cost. And looking through life – a lot of families ties, friendship and partners broke up are because we forget the goods and remember the bads only. Sadly, this is the course of action for majorities of the population. When I found photography and taking pictures and starting writing down on blog, these things keep me alive and remember how these relationship are important to us. We can not focus on the bad only but to remind us the goods times together – the building of the platform is so important; simple things might be the best to remember and treasure are one of the key factor to simple and healthy lifestyle.

They said that every photos had a story behind. And This is the story of the “super bouncy jelly” made by one of the friend for the gathering.
So what the story behind here – first of all this story is super bouncy and there are so many laughters and jokes behind this. And the best part about this was that – it wasn’t that it was not tasty but for the fact that there are so bouncy that there had been so many jokes around it. And there were so many good laughters and jokes around it.
For instance – these jelly could made a tribute to the pubs and will sell well why? Well, if you eat the jelly before drinks and parties, your resistance will be much higher. Why? Because the bounciness was so strong that it could help you to block the alcohol and hold it in the stomach before going into.
Well, I believed that there will be improved version of it soon.
