Kolo Mee long ago has been a staple food for us here. When we talked about kolo mee, the most common and basic are char siew and mince meat or with “wan tan” dumpling. Kolo Mee for some has been treated as the basic base like rice. Hence, we can innovate it with any ingredient to make it more interesting and lively.
