This stall was introduce by some of the local – famous for its porridge. It is good especially if you are looking for a light and refreshing breakfast.
Among the porridge which I came to know of – there are variation between different style in different countries. In Hong Kong, which I experienced was boiled or cooked until you can’t see the rice shape and more into liquids form where as more towards here, we still can see a bit of the rices – well in the end of the day, it was more towards personal preference.
“Char Koi” one of the must have when it came to porridge or congee. Especially, before when it were crispy before dipped into the hot porridge. Therefore, in the end of the day, let have a family photo together between the char koi and porridge. Say Cheez!!!
